Code of Conduct for Participating in the Mentorship Sessions

We are excited to see you reaching this level at The Entrepreneurship Challenge Program by the Ministry of Education. This program aims to enhance the entrepreneurship concept and mindset among students, empowering you to develop your own businesses and contribute to the growth of our country's economy. We believe that fostering an entrepreneurial spirit at a young age will not only benefit you but also contribute to the overall development of our nation.

Before you can start booking your mentorship sessions, we kindly request your consent on the below code of conduct. By accepting this digital consent letter, you acknowledge and agree to adhere to the code of conduct outlined below:

1. Commitment to Learning: I understand that I am expected to actively engage in the program and complete the self-directed tracks, webinars, and mentorship sessions. I will take full advantage of the educational resources and opportunities provided to me.
2. Professionalism and Respect: I will conduct myself in a professional and respectful manner at all times, both in online interactions and during live sessions. I will treat my fellow participants, coaches, mentors, and program administrators with courtesy and respect.
3. Confidentiality: I understand the importance of maintaining confidentiality throughout the program. I will respect the privacy of others, including my peers, mentors, and any sensitive information shared during the course of the program.
4. Timeliness and Attendance: I will attend the live sessions as scheduled and arrive punctually. If I am unable to attend a session, I will inform my mentor or program administrator in advance.
5. Responsible Use of Resources: I will utilize the program resources responsibly and solely for educational purposes. I will not engage in any unauthorized or inappropriate activities, including but not limited to sharing login credentials, accessing prohibited content, or engaging in any form of cyberbullying or harassment.
6. One-on-One Mentorship Sessions: I understand that I may be eligible for one-on-one mentorship sessions only if I am actively participating in the program, with 200 points redeemable for each coaching session. I will schedule these sessions according to mentors based on their provided availability on the platform.

By accepting this digital consent letter, I acknowledge that I have read and understood the code of conduct outlined above. I also understand that my participation in the Entrepreneurship Program is subject to my adherence to these guidelines.
